We get a call of a shooting. A guy calls in saying that he just shot someone that tried to fight him and now he is fleeing the scene. He tells dispatch that he isn't going to stop until he sees the police and they keep getting updates from him. He ends up driving to his grandmother's house which is a couple of miles from where he shot the other guy. Units start pulling up just as he is getting out of the vehicle and he is taken into custody. The victim is transported to the hospital in critical condition. As
the story unfolds we find out that it started because the suspect went up to the victim and told him his sister is a "whore." Well, then they both started saying F you, no F you and back and forth that went for awhile until it became physical. The suspect lost the fist fight and decided that he shouldn't lose this fight and grabbed his gun and shot the guy hitting him a couple of times in the butt. Unfortunately for him the bullets went up and ripped apart his intestines and lodged inside one of his lungs. As the story unfolds even more we discover that the victim is actually a prisoner in our county jail. He is in prison for Agg. Fleeing and Eluding a LEO. His grandfather just passed away and so the judge lets him out on "furlow" so that he can go to the funeral, but then he decides not to return. What a surprise that is! Why the justice system would let a prisoner out on furlow with charges like that is beyond me, but it definitely explains a little about why our crime is so rampant. |

2 years ago my partner and myself were ambushed during the then start of a Cash in Transit robbery , We were doing a routine patrol and from no where we were surrounded with Ak-47 fire all around the Vehicle , I was Dirver and tried to Get out of the Shooting but the Suspects disabled the Vehicle by shooting the Engine and the Computor box - Shitless , All I could do was try to roll the vehicle forward , by then we had taken hits all around the front and rear of the car , windows and glass went flying everywhere , We had to get out of the vehicle and I told my crew to open the door and take a run for it , Unfortionately my partner took 5 hits to the side of his body and couldn't move { disabled } I had to make a run for decent cover , I manged to roll out the vehicle and get cover behind a concrete pillar whilst my partner was shooting back and covering me , By the time a returned fire all fire was directed at me as my partner stopped firing , I shot 5 guys out of 15 with my 9mm but unfortionately they got away and my partner died on scene They all got away.... We caught the suspects two days later in Zimbabwe , All were tried and we found out that they had prior convictions for Armed robbery and that they were planning another 10 to 15 cash heists in the month All found Guilty for Armed Robbery and Murder - each received 15 life sentences for their involvement but the ring leader Recieved an additional 10 life sentences { He had escaped prior } for being the mastermind behind everything In total these suspects had killed 35 police man and women and 60 Cash van Gaurds
